For supplier or KOL payout operations, authorized admins may store payee profile data and encrypted payment method details.

We use client information to respond to inquiries, prepare campaign proposals, create commercial orders, generate payment links, track delivery progress and provide customer support.

We use OTP contact information only to verify access to order tracking details.

Payment processing is handled through approved payment service providers. We store internal order status, provider references and sanitized provider responses, but we do not store card numbers.

Payout account details are encrypted at rest and are only available to authorized operations or finance users.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the website, communicate with clients, process payments, send verification codes or deliver agreed services.

We retain operational records for legitimate business, finance, compliance and dispute handling purposes.
