Each service package or proposal defines the agreed scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline and payment terms.

KOL, creator, media partner or supplier resources are managed internally and are not sold as a public resource pool.

Payment links are generated only after a client brief and order summary are confirmed. Refund handling follows the refund policy shown for the selected service or agreed proposal.

Provider failures, chargebacks, manual review states and settlement timing may affect order processing time.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, MENA Grow does not guarantee sales volume, app installs, government approvals, platform approvals or creator performance outcomes.

We commit to advisory, planning, production, coordination and execution support within the agreed scope.

Clients must provide accurate contact, company, product, billing and campaign information.

Clients are responsible for rights, approvals and claims related to materials they provide.
